Banana Icecream

                       

Ingredients:

Robusta(well ripened) - 3
Milkmaid - 1 Tin
Whipping cream powder - 3/4 cup
Lemon juice(of 1 lemon)
Chocolate(square pieces) - 25 g

Instructions to prepare:

Grind the robusta in a mixer grinder. Add lemon juice to it and again give a blend. Pour it to a bowl and add milkmaid. Mix it well.
Take the whipping cream powder in another bowl. Add 4 tbsp of ice water to it. Blend it well to make it whipped cream. Add this cream to the banana mixture. Mix it well and add chocolate pieces. Pour this to a tin or any aluminium or plastic container.
Freeze it for 4 to 6 hours.
Scoop out when it is frozen and garnish with chocolate pieces.
