Mango Milkshake

Ingredients:

Well ripened mangoes - 2
Frozen milk - 1 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
Sugar - as per requirement

Instructions to prepare:

Peel the mangoes and chop it into small squares. Put it into a mixer blender and pure it. Add water and sugar to it and blend it well till the sugar gets dissolved. Now add the frozen milk to it and blend it till it becomes smooth.
Serve chilled!

Mango Juice

  

Ingredients:

Well ripened Mango - 2
Sugar - 3 tbsp
Water - 3/4 cup
Ice cubes

Instructions to prepare:

Chop the mangoes into small pieces. Put it into a blender and puree it.
Add 3 tbsp sugar or as per the required sweetness and give a blend. Now pour the water and ice cubes. Blend it again and serve chilled.

Pineapple Juice

                              

Ingredients:

Pineapple - 1 medium sized
Sugar - as required
Water - as required
Ice cubes

Instructions to prepare:

Peel off the pineapple and chop it into small cubes. Blend it well in a mixer blender till it becomes smooth. Add sugar and again give a blend. Add required amount of water. Sieve the juice to remove the fibres. Add ice cubes if required and garnish with pineapple slices.

Iced Buttermilk

Ingredients:

Curd/Yogurt - 1 cup
Water - 3 cup
Curry Leaves - 3 sprigs
Ginger - 1 inch piece finely julienned
Bird's eye chili - 3-4
Salt - to taste

Instructions to prepare:

Pour the curd into a bowl and add water and salt to it. Blend it well using a beater or spoon till a smooth solution is achieved. Crush well the ginger, curry leaves and bird's eye chili together. Squeeze  the crushed mixture and take its extract. Pour this extract on to the curd and mix well. Add more curry leaves or ginger grates for topping.
Serve chilled the perfect thirst drink!

Tomato Juice

Ingredients:

Tomato - 2 (sliced)
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
Cardamom powder - a small pinch
Chilled Water - 1 cup

Instructions to prepare:

Add the slice tomatoes in a mixer blender and puree it. Then add sugar and cardamom powder. Blend it well. Add the lemon juice and chilled water and again give a blend. Keep refrigerated for sometime and serve chilled.

Carrot Milkshake

Ingredients:

Carrot - 1
Chilled Milk - 1 cup
Fresh Cream - 2 tsp(optional)
Almonds - 4-5
Sugar - as required
Ice cubes - 2

Instructions to prepare:

Wash and peel of the carrot. Chop or grate it. Add this to a mixer and grind it well. Then add chilled milk, sugar, almonds and ice cubes. Blend it till it becomes smooth. Then add fresh cream and blend it till it becomes thick and creamy.
Garnish with cream or grated carrot.

Papaya Lemonade

                         

Ingredients:

Ripe Papaya - 2 cups(chopped)
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
Cold water - 2 cups
Lemon Juice - 3 lemon's

Instructions to prepare:

Bring water to boil and make the sugar dissolve in it. Remove from flame and allow it to cool. Add the sugar dissolved water, 1 cup of cold water, chopped papaya and lemon juice to a mixer blender and blend it well till it becomes smooth. Add the remaining cold water and stir well.
Add ice cubes if necessary.

Apple Milk Shake

Ingredients:

Apple - 2
Chilled Milk - 2 cups
Honey - 1 tsp
Sugar - 2 tbsp

Instructions to prepare:

Peel off the washed apple and cut into small pieces. Transfer it to a mixer and grind it. Add chilled milk, sugar and honey and again give a blend. Garnish with grated apple or honey.

Carrot Juice

Ingredients:

Carrot - 2
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Chilled Water - 1/2 cup
Lemon Juice - 1 tsp

Instructions to prepare:

Wash and peel off the carrot. Cut into small pieces and transfer it to a mixer grinder. Grind it well and add sugar and lemon juice. Give a blend and then add chilled water. Blend it again and strain it well.
Serve chilled

Pomegranate Juice

Ingredients:

Pomegranate - 1 big sized
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Honey - 1/2 tsp
Water - 1/4 cup

Instructions to prepare:

Peel the fruit and blend it along with lemon juice & honey in a mixer blender.
Add water and blend once again.
Strain it and serve chilled.

Cold Coffee

Ingredients:

Chilled Milk - 1 cup
Water - 1/4 cup
Instant coffee powder - 1/2 tsp
Fresh Cream - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp

Instructions to prepare:

Boil water and dissolve sugar & coffee powder. Allow it to cool.
Mix well the chilled milk & coffee mixture together in a blender.
Add fresh cream and blend it well for few seconds till it becomes smooth & frothy.
Serve chilled.

Lemon Tea

                                       
           

Ingredients:

Lemon juice -  2 tbsp
Tea powder -  1 tsp
Sugar -  1 tsp
Water - 1 cup
Ice cubes - 2-3

Instructions to prepare:

Boil water in a tea pan and add tea powder to it.
Allow it to boil and remove from flame. Add sugar and stir well.
Pour the lemon juice and give a stir again.
Keep refrigerated for 20 minutes, add ice cubes & serve chilled.
