Ullivada

                     

Ingredients:

Onion - 1 kg(finely sliced)
Green chilies - 4 Nos(chopped)
Ginger - Small piece(chopped)
Gram flour - 200 g
Curry leaves

Instructions to prepare:

Mix onion, ginger, curry leaves and required salt. Keep it aside till water comes out of it.
Add the gram flour to this mixture and conjoin well. Make small oval shaped balls out of it.
Heat oil in a pan and put these balls. Deep fry and turn it when one side is done. Drain the oil.
Serve it with chatni or any sauce.
