Carrot Halwa

                      

Ingredients:

Carrot - 1/2 kg(grated)
Milk - 1/2 l
Ghee - 3 tbsp
Sugar - 200 g
Cashew nut - 50 g 
Raisins - 50 g

Instructions to prepare:



Heat a cooking pan and boil the milk.. Add the grated carrot to the milk and stir continuously till the carrot gets cooked and becomes creamy. Add sugar, ghee, cashew nuts and raisins.  Stir well.
Remove from flame.
Keep refrigerated and have a delicious dish!
