Chicken Cutlet

Ingredients:

Cooked & shredded chicken - 1 cup
Ginger - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
Onion - 1 big(finely chopped)
Green chilies - 1-2(sliced)
Potato - 1 medium sized(boiled & smashed)
Bread/rusk crumbs - 1 cup
Egg white of 1 egg
Curry leaves
Salt
Oil

Instructions to prepare:

Heat oil in a pan and saute sliced onion, till it becomes soft.
Add ginger, boiled potato, green chilies, pepper powder, garam masala powder and curry leaves. Add required salt and mix it well. Let it cook. Then add the shredded chicken pieces to it. Make the chicken well coated with the masala.
Remove from flame and allow it to cool.
Make small balls out of this mixture and shape it according to the requirement.
Beat the egg white. Dip each cutlets in this and roll it over the bread/rusk crumbs.
Shallow fry this in oil and flip to other side when one side is done.
Remove from flame and serve with tomato ketchup.
