Ingredients:
Black Gram - 1/2 kg
Green chilies - 4(sliced)
Ginger(finely chopped) - 1 tsp
Onion - 1(finely sliced)
Coriander leaves - few
Curry leaves
Instructions to prepare:
Soak the black gram in water for an hour. Drain the water and grind the black gram(without adding anymore water) with a pinch of salt.
Pour this thick batter into a bowl and add chopped ginger, green chilies, onion, coriander leaves and curry leaves. Mix well all the ingredients by hand. Make medium sized balls out of it and punch a hole at its center by finger.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry till it gets completely cooked.
