Fruit Custard

                                         

Ingredients:

Milk - 2 cups
Custard powder - 3 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Chopped Mixed fruits(apple, grapes, banana, cashew nuts,etc) - 1/2 cup

Instructions to prepare:

Heat milk in a wok over a medium flame.
Combine the custard powder and a little amount of water in a bowl. Add this mixture to the boiling milk. Stir constantly.
When the mixture starts to thicken and reaches required consistency, remove from flame. Allow the mixture to cool completely.
Add the fruits and nuts.
Keep refrigerated for half an hour.
