Lemon Sorbet

                         

Ingredients:

Lemon juice: 1/2 tbsp
Water - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup

Instructions to prepare:

Boil water and add sugar to it. Let the sugar completely dissolve in water.
Remove from flame & let it cool.
Once it is completely cooled, add the lemon juice and give a quick stir. Transfer it to a bowl and freeze it.
After 1-2 hours, when it starts to freeze, transfer it to a mixer & blend it. Continue doing this every 2 hours to get a smooth texture 4-5 times.
Then freeze it over night and scoop out the next day.
