Custard Powder Icecream



Ingredients:

Vanilla Custard Powder: 2 tbsp
Boiled Milk: 2 1/4 cups
Sugar: 1 cup
Fresh Cream - 4 tbsp

Instructions to prepare:

Mix custard powder in 1/4 cup of milk and make a paste. Keep it aside.
Boil 2 cups of milk and add sugar to it. Mix well till the sugar gets dissolved. Add the custard paste to it. Stir immediately in order to avoid lump formation.
Remove from flame when the mixture turns into a batter form. Let it cool down completely and then add fresh cream. Whisk it well.
Pour it into a bowl and and freeze it for 3 hours. Take it out and blend it well in a mixer till it becomes smooth. Again freeze it for 2 hours and again give a blend.
Repeat this for 4-5 times.
At last, freeze it for 6-8 hours.
Scoop out and serve as much as required.
