Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients:

Milk - 2 cups
Fresh Cream - 1/2 cup
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
Sugar - 4 tbsp
Corn Flour - 1 tbsp

Instructions to prepare:

Dissolve corn flour in 1/4 cup of milk.
Boil the remaining milk in a non-stick pan. Add sugar and cornflour mixture to the boiling milk under low flame. Stir immediately to avoid lumps for 5 minutes. Remove from flame and allow it to cool. Then add fresh cream and vanilla essence. Mix well. Pour this to a shallow container. Freeze for 4-5 hours or till it is set.
Take it out and blend it well till it becomes smooth. Then transfer it to a bowl and freeze for another 4-5 hours.
When it becomes firm, scoop and serve.
