Chicken Manchurian

Ingredients:

Chicken - 400 g
For batter:
Egg White of 2 eggs
Corn Flour - 2 tbsp
Maida - 2 tbsp
Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Soya Sauce - 2 tsp
Tomato sauce - 3 tsp
Chili sauce - 2 tsp
For the Gravy:
Crushed ginger and garlic - 2 tbsp each
Green chili - 2(sliced)
Water - 2 cups
Soya sauce - 2 tbsp
Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
Chili sauce - 2 tbsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Corn Flour - 2 tbsp
Salt
Oil

Instructions to prepare:

Mix well all the ingredients for batter. Dip the chicken pieces in this batter and deep fry this in oil till the chicken become golden brown. Keep it aside.
Heat oil in a wok, add crushed ginger and garlic. Saute till the smell comes. Add green chilies, all the sauces for gravy, pepper powder, vinegar, sugar and salt. Cook for few minutes.
Dissolve the corn flour in 3 tbsp water to make a thick paste. Add this to the gravy and boil for some time. Add the fried chicken pieces and cook till the mixture becomes a thick gravy.
Remove from flame & serve hot.
