Butter Chicken

Ingredients:

Cleaned Boneless Chicken - 500 g(cut into cubes)
Onion - 1(chopped)
Tomato - 2(chopped)
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
Green Chilies - 1(sliced)
Fenugreek powder - 1 tsp
Fresh Cream - 2 tbsp
Chili powder - 1 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Cashews - 5 Nos
Salt
Oil

Instructions to prepare:

Marinate the chicken pieces with 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 fenugreek powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste & a little salt. Heat oil in a pan for shallow frying these chicken pieces. Keep it aside.
Heat a little oil in another pan and saute chopped onion, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, tomato & green chilies. When it becomes well sauteed, remove from flame and allow it to cool. When it is cooled, grind this mixture along with cashew nuts in a mixer grinder.
Melt butter in a pan and add cumin seeds. Add the ground paste to it cook for few minutes. Add the fried chicken pieces and, 1/4 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/2  tsp fenugreek powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt. Combine all the ingredients well. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes over a medium flame. Open the lid and add fresh cream. Mix well under low flame.
Remove from flame.
