Ingredients:
Bread Slices - 4-6
Rava - 1/2 cup
Curd - 1/2 cup
Onion(big) - 1/2(chopped)
Chili Powder - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - 2 tsp(chopped)
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Ghee - 1 tsp
Salt
Instructions to prepare:
Prepare a batter by mixing the mentioned ingredients: Rava, curd, onion, chili powder, turmeric powder, chopped coriander leaves, ghe and a pinch of salt. Take the bread slices and spread this batter all over it. Heat a pan and add spread ghee for toasting. Then place the coated bread. Cook for few minutes and once it gets cooked on one side, turn to the other side and toast till the bread acquires a golden brown color.
Serve with tomato ketchup
