Ingredients:
Chicken(small pieces) - 500 g
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
Chili powder - 1 tsp
Corn flour - 1 tbsp
Chili sauce
Tomato sauce
Soya sauce
Egg - 1
Lemon juice - 1/2 of 1
Capsicum - 2(chopped)
Ginger - 1 small piece finely chopped
Green chilies - 2(slit lengthwise)
Coriander leaves - few
Cooking oil
Salt
Instructions to prepare:
Marinate the chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, chili powder, 1/2 tsp chili sauce, 2 tsp soya sauce and a pinch of salt. Set it aside for an hour.
Add corn flour and egg to the chicken and mix well. Deep fry this in oil.
In 1 tbsp of the same oil in another wok, saute the chopped onion till it gets cooked. Then add ginger, green chilies and chopped capsicum. Stir for a while. Add 2 tsp of soya sauce, 1 tsp chili sauce and 1 tbsp tomato sauce. Add fried chicken pieces and coriander leaves to this mixture. Mix well under low flame.
(For gravy: Dissolve 1 tsp corn flour in a cup of water and then add to it. Stir well it the gravy gets thickened).
Add required salt and remove from flame.
