Fish Fry

Ingredients:

Fish - 8 pieces(sear fish)
Chili powder - 3 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Rice flour - 1 tsp
Salt
Oil

Instructions to prepare:

Take a bowl and add chili powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, rice flour and salt. Add little drops of water to it so that it becomes a paste and coat this evenly over all sides of the fish pieces. Allow it to rest for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the fish pieces(both sides) till it becomes a golden brown colour.
Drain the oil and serve.
