Pazham Pori

                         

Ingredients:

Maida - 250 g
Banana - 2 Nos(sliced lengthwise)
Baking soda - 1 pinch
Sugar - 4 tbsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp

Instructions to prepare:

Take maida in a bowl and add water to it so that it becomes a loose paste. Add the sliced banana to it. Add sugar and salt and mix them well.
Heat oil in a pan and add the mixed bananas one by one to it. Fry till it acquires a golden brown color. Turn the side when one side is done.
Drain the oil and transfer it to a serving dish.
