Spicy Chicken

                      

Ingredients:

Chicken - 400 g(small pieces)
Ginger - 1 tsp(chopped)
Garlic - 1 tsp(chopped)
Green chilies - 2(sliced)
Tomato - 2
Onion - 1
Shallots - 2-3(Grated or quartered)
Chili powder - 3 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Water - 1 cup
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Salt to taste

Instructions to prepare:

Heat a wok on low flame and add the chicken pieces and all mentioned ingredients. Wait till the chicken gets cooked and its oil starts to come out under low flame.
Meanwhile, heat oil in another  pan and add shallots, curry leaves, 1/2 tsp chilly powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and salt. Saute till the onion turns color.
Pour this on to the cooked chicken. Stir well.
