Veg Sandwich

Ingredients:

Bread - 4 slices
Cheese - 2 slices
Onion - 1/2(finely chopped)
Capsicum - 1(finely chopped)
Cucumber - 2 slices
Tomato - 2 slices
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt

Instructions to prepare:

Spread butter on one side of each bread slices and place it over a frying pan and heat under low flame. Place the cheese slices and the vegetables one by one.
Sprinkle pepper powder & salt over the vegetables and cover it with the other slice of bread. Cover & cook for few minutes and carefully turn the sides when one side is done.
