Ingredients:
Long variety Banana(ethapazham) - 2(medium ripe)
Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 3 tbsp
Ghee - 1/4 tsp(optional)
Cashew nuts - 1/4 cup
Raisins - 1/4 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
Instructions to prepare:
Boil the bananas and peel it off(bananas should not be too much boiled). Mash them well immediately in a bowl and add grated coconut and sugar to it. Mix well and add 1/4 tsp ghee, cashew nuts, raisins and cardamom powder. Combine everything and make small ladoos out of it and serve the sweet.!
